| Does the word "audition" scare you? Do you feel confident in your talents but freeze up when asked to recite a monologue? Then join us for this auditioning workshop where you will work independently and as a class with our talented instructors on properly preparing and working through the audition process. Discover what the audition process is all about through interviews, games, preparation, presentation, and critque. Each student will work on their own monolgue and song to use at their next audition. New this year, class will include auditioning do's and don'ts, parent involvement, and instruction on auditioning for a camera. A simulated audition at the end of the workshop will provide you with the unique opportunity to audition in front of directors that will give you immediate feedback. This course is designed to prepare you for the real thing! (This can be used as your audition for MTTP!) |
